Why is an investment in English so important?
As the world’s bridge language, English has always been important. With the world becoming more interconnected, there are both more opportunities and more competition for the next generation. We are convinced that those who receive the gift of communicative English will have every opportunity to succeed.
Who benefits from GrapeSEED?
GrapeSEED delivers benefits to multiple stakeholders, including parents, teachers, school owners, and political leaders. However, the greatest benefit is to children. By acquiring communicative English skills, children gain something special that can never be taken from them, that opens opportunities to them, and that equips them to be successful for the rest of their lives.
Who is GrapeSEED?
Our team is passionate about transforming the lives of children by empowering them with excellent English oral language instruction and skills. We have a long history of equipping children for a lifetime of success in the language, and we have been privileged to see the results first-hand with thousands of children around the world.
What is GrapeSEED?
GrapeSEED is a uniquely fun and engaging oral English acquisition curriculum that provides a bridge to reading and writing skills. Entirely unlike any other curriculum, GrapeSEED delivers life-changing benefits to children.
How can GrapeSEED be so bold in making claims of success?
GrapeSEED is based on decades of expertise in the field of teaching and careful examination of other competing English language programs. After years of teaching English, we chose to develop our own curriculum, one that is exceptionally efficient and uniquely effective in moving a child to proficiency in English. We see the results daily in GrapeSEED schools around the world with children running up to us, confident and eager to engage with us in English.
Does GrapeSEED teach grammar?
Yes, GrapeSEED teaches grammar in a way that helps students learn it without having to memorize rules. Through GrapeSEED’s natural approach to language learning, students learn to deduce grammar through context rather than direct instruction, just as they learn grammar in their native language by following their parents’ modeling and repetition. Research shows that this approach helps avoid the stress associated with traditional grammar instruction, providing students with a positive learning experience that contributes to further growth and motivation.
Why is GrapeSEED so effective?
The GrapeSEED learning experience is engineered for success. First-time observers of a GrapeSEED classroom regularly comment on the extraordinary level of student engagement. Obstacles to learning are minimized, and the entire environment is geared to successful language acquisition.
What is the “secret sauce” in GrapeSEED?
With GrapeSEED, children are immersed in a language-rich, multi-sensory environment that is facilitated by nurturing teachers. Due to this fun and immersive environment, children subconsciously begin to comprehend the language, without the stress and anxiety of a rules-based approach. Soon, students have built a foundation for future language skills and are speaking in English, giving them the confidence to progress even more.
What is LittleSEED?
Part of the GrapeSEED family, LittleSEED provides a first exposure to English for three-year-old (36-48 months) children. The program gives students an advantage in learning English by introducing them to the most important sounds, vocabulary, and communicative expressions.
Why did GrapeSEED decide to add LittleSEED to the family?
For some time, many of our customer schools had been asking for a program to teach children who were too young to enroll in GrapeSEED. Our team of experts decided to address this issue by creating a curriculum specifically aimed at three-year-old children and their unique developmental needs. With LittleSEED, families and schools have the option to participate in a program that serves as an ideal foundation for acquiring English language skills.
How does LittleSEED prepare children for GrapeSEED?
The purpose of LittleSEED is to introduce the 32 most common sounds of the English language to younger learners in an engaging, age-appropriate manner. Each sound has its own colorful, unique character, and each of these characters has their own song, making LittleSEED an exciting and memorable experience for children. With so much music and fun, LittleSEED is the perfect lead-in to GrapeSEED for those interested in joining.
